Return & Refund Policy
At AZ-Smokes.com, our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase.
If, for whatever reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us within 7
business days of receipt date for replacement or refund.
You have two options, of exchanging the item(s) or receiving a refund for the full amount of the item purchased.

Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase.
We cannot accept returns if you change your mind about your purchase for whatever reason.
Shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
If your order is not delivered within 30 days from the shipping date we guarantee to either reship your order or to issue a 100% refund.
We are not responsible for the errors made by Customers while placing an order, i.e. wrong brand, types
or faulty shipping address.
Normally, orders are shipped on the next business day of the receipt of the payment by Registered Airmail.
